What physical therapy services do you offer?

Outpatient Physical Therapy services provided in the privacy and convenience of your home by a licensed physical therapist. Services are individualized to your specific needs and abilities. We communicate with your physician regarding your care as needed.

Specific interventions may include:
Education (patient/family/caregiver/community)
Exercise/Strengthening/Stretching
Safety/balance training
Fall Prevention/Preparedness
Pain intervention
Caregiver training/injury prevention

In which areas do you specialize?

Parkinson's Disease and other movement disorders, Alzheimer's Disease and other types of dementia, post-op joint replacement rehabilitation, power wheelchair evaluations, fall prevention/ preparedness and recovery, home safety assessments, generalized weakness and balance disorders as well as long term wellness programming. 

How long is each visit?

The initial visit is typically 60-75 minutes and subsequent visits will vary from 45-60 minutes. Frequency of visits is dependent upon several factors and will be tailored to each individual.

What are the rates for your services?

This will vary with each visit type (Initial Examination, follow up visit, wellness visit, etc) and with insurance versus private pay. We also offer package discounts when purchasing multiple visits at once. Please contact us for more details.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept Medicare Part B, credit/debit card, cash, check and HSA. We utilize out of network benefits with Medicare advantage plans if available. Please feel free to ask for more details about your specific situation during your free phone consultation.
