GeriActive, PLLC is a mobile outpatient PT practice headquartered in Danville, KY with a focus on restoring strength and mobility, providing evidenced based physical therapy intervention, education and wellness coaching that will improve your quality of life. Different than your traditional outpatient PT experience we come to your home, provide you with one-on-one time with a licensed PT to address your specific needs. While our focus will be on those impacted by Parkinson's Disease and other movement/balance disorders we also provide joint replacement outpatient services, home safety assessments and power wheelchair evaluations.
